DISCUSSION:

The three covenants as described will make enforcing of the City's Bylaws
regarding secondary suites a little easier.

The restrictive covenants that permit basement homes, will require that each
room on the attached plan be labeled as to the proposed use (ie. bedroom,

living room, etc.}. The insertion then of a second kitchen will clearly be a
breach of a contractual nature.
