landacaping and vegetation are provided as screening, amd parking
areas are designed to minimize their impact on the overall

b. Encourage the development of Business Parks within the Dominion
Triangle that would provide opportunities for a mix of commercial and

office uses that are space—consuming, and high exployment geeistors.

c. Encourage the location of Highway Commercial uses in ‘the northwest
corner of the site (where Dominion Avenue, intersects with Lougheed
Highway), and along both sides of Ottawa Street between Dominion

Avenue and Lougheed Highway.
