That City policy respecting Federal Election Candidates signs be
amended to prohibit the erection of such signs on portperty owned or
controlled by the City.

From Mayor L.M. Traboulay regarding Commuter Rail.

That Council seek a meeting with a representative of B.C. Transit
Commission and Mrs. Rita Johnson, Minister of Municipal Affairs ,
regarding Commuter Rail and that copies of this request be sent to all
neighboring municipalities.

Annual Service Plan.
