Curbside Recycling Seminar to be held

Background and Comments:

The B.C. Recycling Councll! is planning to hold a seminar
on multi-materia!l curbside recycling on April 9, 1987. Details
of the seminar are contained in the attached agenda. The
Environmental Protection Committee wish to send both Alderman

Gates and Tony Chong to his seminar. Council's authorization
is respectfully requested.
