BYLAW NO. 2235

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, &ritish Columbia which
igs more particularly described as:

Lots B and Lots 19, 20, and 21
Block "Q!"

District Lot 289

Group One

Plan 2138

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RM-4 (Multiple Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of The "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for a!! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2235".
