A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam QCT pe.
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", 6 986

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

Lot A, Lot 35 and Lot 36
District Lot 464

Group One

Pian 2039

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1.(Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 220i".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council. this 6th day of October, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Councii this 6th day of October, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 27th day of October, 1986.

Location of Property Affected:
1963 and 1975 Coquitiam Avenue.

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the resubdivision of the property into 3 parcels to allow the construction

of two additional residences on the property.
