January 12th, 1976 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlan, 5B. C., on January 22th, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M, Campbeil, Aldermen J.J. Keryiuk, G.R. Laking, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M, Traboulay in attendance. “Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.C. Horch, P. Campbell advised the meeting the following proposed By-law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now be considered: 1408: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use By-law Ke. Contract: with Clar-For Holdings Ltd., 348 Columbia Street, New Westminster, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in “Land Use Contract Ne. 15" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 15 shall extend to and shail regulate the development and use of lands described as: Lot 1, Block C, Plan 2106; Lets 8-16, inclusive, Block C, Plan 2106; Lots 2 & 3, Block CG, Plan 4842; Lots 1-9, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2137; Lots 26-31, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2137; Ali those portions of closed lane described in By-law No. 1394 of the City cited as the "Plan 2106 and Plan 2137 Road Closure By-law, 1975, No. 1394" all of District Lot 255, Group 1, New Westminster District.
