It was spring of 1973 that a new company called Park Avenue Realty Lid. was formed and
that summer the doors were opened for business In a small house converted to real estate
offices. Time moved along and the business grew. Then In 1976 the firm joined the Realty
World organization, remaining a5 a local,Independent broker but afflllated thraugh franchise
with a select group of other real estate agencles all over the North American continent.

Today Park Avenue Realty Ltd. participates with 45 other assoclated Realty World agencies
In British Columbia and a tola! of more than 1090 offices in Canada and the United States.

This participation provides many worthwhile services fo the public such as Improved and up

As time progressed, Park Avenue Really found thelr premises had to be enlarged to provide

GodlInskl and Muriel Neale, all licensed and fully qualifled Realtors trained to help people

choose a home or to sell a property. i

And so in five years, Park Avenue Realty has grown from a first beginning to the premises
where operations function today.

Park Avenue Really has had confidence In Terrace and has endeavored to keep p pace with the
