C’est d’abord par le cinéma que le nom de Chloé Sainte-Marie est connu du public,
révélée par le cinéaste Gilles Carle. Dans les années 90, Chloé entame une carriére
musicale avec son premier album L’emploi de mon temps. En 2008, l’aloum Je
marche a toi remporte le Félix dans la catégorie Album de|l’année—Folk contemporain
au gala de l’ADISQ. Marraine du Chant’Quest 2007, Chloé nous présentera son
dernier spectacle Parle-moi pour lequel elle a remporté le Félix dans la catégorie
Spectacle de l'année — Interpréte au gala de l’ADISQ en 2006. La critique souligne
de fagon unanime la qualité et l’originalité de son travail.

The name of Chloé Sainte-Marie is known to the public first and foremost through
the films of director Gilles Carle. In the 90s, Chloé commenced her musical career
with her first aloum entitled L'emploi de mon temps. In 2003, the aloum Je marche
a toi won the Félix award in the category of Album of the Year —- Contemporary Folk
at the ADISQ gala. Chloé will host Chant’OQuest 2007, where she will present her
latest show Parle-moi, which won the Félix award in the category of Show of the
Year — Singer at the ADISQ gala in 2006. Critics are unanimous in praising the quality
of her work.
