However, among those invited, only one attended the meeting. The Committee recommends that for a duplex lot, the minimum width of the front buiiding line be not less than 50 feet. Building line is defined as a line parallel to the front lot line at a distance from the front lot line equal to the depth of front yard required by the Zoning By-law. ; . Where the’ lot is on the outside of a curve, the building line shall be defined as a line between side lot lines parallel to the front lot line at a distance from the front lot line equal to the required front yard.
