Mr. Ken Klassen, 2424 Kitchener presented a petition indicating that residents do not want
small lots.

Mr. George Ho, Representative of Genesis Development Company, pointed out that a
number of properties on Kitchener have 45 foot frontages.

Mr. Klassen reiterated that the 45 foot lots are at the end of the block.
