The inspection notice instructed the owner to recall a insulation inspection when the corrective work and the insulation was complete. No entry permitted. A notice was placed on the entry door by the owner that the building was not occupied and a phone number to call for information. No entry permitted. Progress on the construction appeared to have st . It could not be determined that the building was occupied. On a annual building file review the Building Inspector contacted the owner to arrange entry. The building was found to be occupied again and a notice was given to the owner notifying them that occupancy was not permitted. A list of twenty seven deficiences including safety items were included on the inspection notice. As there was no response from the owner the Building Inspector referred the file to his supervisor. A registered letter was ‘ent to the owner to resolve the problems and arrange entry for re inspection by Februzry 3, 1993. Entry to the building was not arranged by the owner. The notice on title would put any puschaser on notice as to the problems should the property be offered for sale. This action may indirectly lead to compliance with the City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Bylaw. JDS/oac
