No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance
Permit. |

That as recommended by the Deputy Director/Recreation Manager in his
memorandum of May 13th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 3050 Shaughnessy Street in the form appearing in the Agenda
