On Shaughnessy Street ~ Road widening 8 meters (1/2 + 1m) Fut. 14 c/e;3 barrier curb/gutter and boulevard; sidewalk; ornamental street lights; pole relocations; no entrance to site from Shaughnessy permitted. Building Department: The buildings are required to be sprinklered under the City Bylaw; A 9m right-of-way is required for fire access for a building exceeding 600 m* in building area (i.e. parking garage); A building code review will be done at the time of building permit application. Parks and Recreation Department: Concern that there is eufficient public accesa along river (i.e. Poco Trail); Meeting room to be included for own use; Landscaping t¢ be approved by Parks and Recreation Department; Concern re: edge of their development and the PoCo trail. Fire Department, and R.C.M.P.: No Comments. At the Public Hearing for rezoning of the subject property, concerns were raised about the additional traffic and parking demand that would be generated around the site and potential problems that this could create. Parking on the entire site consists of surface parking for the church and an underground structure for the housing. The applicants are requesting a relaxation of parking requirements.
