DRAFT RESOLUTION

Whereas the appointment of Mra. J.A. Gallinger as a member on the City
of Port Coquitlam Board of Variance has expired;

That Mrs. Je Gallinger, be and she is hereby appointed as a member of
the City of Port Coquitlam Board of Variance for a term of three (3) years

ending January lat, 1995.
