SUBJECT: Storm Water Pump Station Problems

City crews have recently completed inspections of both the Harbour and
Dominion Pump stations and have found damaged impellors in two of the five
pumps.

The impellor damage is attributed to storm debris being pumped through the>
pump casing, possibly during last year's floods.

. Wilron Industries, our pump supplier has been contacted to make the
necessary emergency repairs to both impellors.

A cost estimate of the repairs has been provided for your review, as
