A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 801(4) of “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is deleted
and the following substituted: .

"(4) A front yard of not less than 7.5 m (24.5 ft) shall be provided
except that this front yard may be reduced to not less than 6 m (19.7
ft) for one portion of the principal building, not exceeding 7 m (30
ft) in width nor one storey of 5 m (16.4 ft) or less in height.”

Section 802(4) of "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended
by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following:

"(4) A front yard of not less than 7.5 m (24.5 ft) shall be provided
except that this front yard may be reduced to not less than 6 m (19.7
ft) for one portion of the principal building, not exceeding 7 m (30
ft) in width nor one storey of 5 m (16.4 ft) or less in height.”

This Bylaw may be cited for all purpoces as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2504".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of May, 1990.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of May, 1990.

Public Hearing held this 11th day of June, 1990.
