RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerks Office

surrounding property owners of this application.

And that City Council at a subsequent meeting endorse a
resolution to relax the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw
Section 807 (6). Front Yard Setback and the Subdivision Bylaw
Section 304 (e) land corner cut.

COMMENTS:

This application is to permit the applicant's to not have to
purchase a lane corner cut from a neighbour but rather. from
Their own property. 8y doing this, a slight resiting of. the
suites will be required and a variance for a suite that
encroaches into the require front. yard setback. |
