A Bylaw to dedicate certaln real property
owned by The Corporation of the City of
Port ‘Coquitlam as a Public Park

WHEREAS the real property herelnafter more particularly described Is owned by The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam:

AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 533 of the tMuntelpal Aett belng Chapter 290 of
the Revised Statutes of British Columbla, 1979, as amended, the Councl! may,
without the assent of tha electors, by Bylaw dedicate for any public purpose any
real property owned by the municlpallty that Is of an area of 5,000 sq.m. or

herelnatter described as a publie park; _

NOW THEREFORE the Munictpal Counc! of The Corporation of <he City of Port
Coquitiam, In open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Corperation of the City of Port Coquitlam and situate within the municipal tImits
of the City of Port Coquitlam and In the Now Westminster Land Registration
District Is hereby dedicated as a Pubile Park and shall be hald and used by The
Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam In conformity with the provisions of

Part 17 of the Municipal! Act:

COMMENCING at the Intersection of the Westerly boundary of the School House Road
with the Southerty boundary of Wilson Avenus, the same being 792.7 feet Wasterly,
measured along the North boundary of sald Lot 289, and 33 feet Southerly,
measured along the Westerly boundary of Schoo! House Road, from the North East
corner of sald Lot 289, Group 1; thence 8.89 deg. 46 feet West: and following the
sald Southerly boundary of.Wilson Avenue, a distance of 313.5 feet more or lass
