The Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam will hotd a Public Hearing In the Council!
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hali, 2272 McA! lister Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, October tst, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam’ Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now 1651":

Bylaw No. 2057: to rezone Lot 6 of Lot "C", District Lot
4, Group One, Plan 13333, New Westminster District, from

RS=+1t to RS-TA,

This property is located at 2489 Kitchener Avenue and after
comptetion of the rezoning procedures (tt Is expected that
the property will be subdivided to provide a site for an
additional single-family dwelling.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be Inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
aem. to 4:30 pem.e, on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing. .

All persons who deem their Interest In property affected by

the proposed bylaw shal! be afforded an opportunity to be heard
at the Public Hearing on matters contained In the bytawe
