The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port A 1980

will hold a Public Nearing in‘the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, February 18th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider the following proposed by-law co amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1733: to rezone Lot 106, District Lot 380, Plan 33400,

New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RI-1l.

This property is addressed as 3341-3343 Jervis Street and is the
site of an existing duplex. The rezoning is being undertaken at
the request of the owner so that the property may be placed in the

correct zone for its current use.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents may be

inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on
working days, February 7th, 1980 to February 18th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
