Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned subdivision
plan. This proposed subdivision was submitted to the Municipal Council
at the regular Council Meeting Monday, June 12th, 1972 by way of my
memorandum dated June 9th, 1972. The developer has revised this proposed
subdivision in accordance with the previous request and accordingly I
would recommend that the Municipal Council provide exemption from the re-
quirements of Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act as outlined in Section

712 (25.
