6. Section 1 of Schedule "C" of the By-law is amended by inserting the
following locations of crosswalks in the correct alphabetical position therein:

“Crossing Kingsway Avenue at the West side of Lot 3, Plan 3106;

Crossing Wellington Street at the South entrance to Irvine

Elementary School."

7. Section 1 of Schedule "C" of the By-law is further anended by striking
out the authorization contained therein for a crosswalk cressing Greenmount

Avenue at the Ease side of Wellington Street,

8. Section 1 of Schedule "D" of the By-law is repealed and -the following

substituted:

"1. No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle upon a highway

within the City at a greater rate of speed than:
