RESOLUTION:

That as recomn:ended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of May 26, 1993 the
Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for Fort Fraser Rise.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of May 17th, 1993 the owners and
residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on July 26th, 1993.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
