A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 WUE 24

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described ag:

Lot 39 Lot 'A'

bistriet Lot 479 Block 4
Group One District Lot 479

Plan 2145 Group One
New Westminster District Plan 2145

New Westminster District Amending Plan 34162
New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2700".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Couneil this 27th day of July, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of August, 1992.
