Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described ag: Lot 39 Lot 'A' bistriet Lot 479 Block 4 Group One District Lot 479 Plan 2145 Group One New Westminster District Plan 2145 New Westminster District Amending Plan 34162 New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
