PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The subject property has a total area of 707,073 square feet and t:hree
jnduatrial buildings are proposed, with a total building area of 323, 648

square feet.

The three buildings are designed as multi-cenant warehouse and are
provided with two different elevations.

Building B and C are identical, while Building A match an already built,
existing building to the north.

COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS:

Building Department:

Building Code review to be done at the time of Building Permit Application.

Parks and Recreation Department:

Landscaping plans to be reviewed by the Parks and Recreation Department.

Engineering Department:

Sanitary sewer, water, underground power and telephone connections and
ditch crossings are required. Development Cost Charges apply to this

project.
R.C.M.P. and Fire Department:
No comments.

DISCUSSION =:

Development Permit 14/91 complements Rezoning Application 51/89, The
proposed design complies with the provisions of the Zoning Bylaw, for M-1
property and generally follows the design guidelines for Development Permit

Area I.
