Moved by Aiderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Inlet Reality Ltd. dated the 20th day of February, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be inatalled by the said Inlet Realty Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described ag: Lots 5, D.L. 232, Plan 6269 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute "excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: That Council seek support from the Mayor and Council of Coquitlam, Port Moody, Belcarra and Anmore requesting that they write to the Honorable Bud Smith, Attorney General, with a copy to Premier Bill Vander Zalm, supporting a new Court House for the North East sector aad that the Court House be in Port Coquitlam, ag was planned in 1979.
