BYLAW NO. 2431

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows;

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described asi

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29, 30, 31 and 32,
Block 14,
District Lots 174 and 289

Group One
Plan 2080
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM+4 (Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"
is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2431"
