A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam NOV 26 1984
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". DEC 10 1984

The Municipaji Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assemblad, enacts as
follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam,
British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot 29, EXCEPT Plan 34851
District Lot 4

Township 39

Plan 31468

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=-1 to RS-1A and the Zoning Map of
the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"
is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of
Port Goquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2066".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of
October, 1984.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this 29th day
of October, 1984. '

_ Public Hearing held this 19th day of November, 1984.

“Bylaw No. 2066: to rezone Lot 29, EXCEPT Plan 34851,
District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 31468, New Westminster
District, from RS-1 to RS-1A.

This property is located at 265! Kitchener Avenue and,
following completion of the rezoning procedures, if is
expected that the property will be subdivided to provide
a sites for four single famity dwellings.
