The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing In the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, 8.C. on Monday, July 23rd, 1984 at 7:39 pem. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of. Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651";

Bytaw No. 2047: +o rezone Lots 4, 5, & 6, District Lot
222, Group One, Plan 2309, New Westminster District, from
RS-2 to RS-1lA«

This property is located at 1289 Pitt River Road and,
folttowing completion of the rezoning procedures, it is
expected that the property will be subdivided to provide
sites for four single family dwellings.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may be Inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 pem., on reguiar business days, from the date of
+his Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property aftected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
