RECOMMENDATION; "THAT the Municipal Counci! purchase
: Lot it and 30! of 12, District Lot 379,
Group One, Plan 3106 at a cost of $195,000.00

AND THAT The Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary

documents,"

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

These are the first two lots west of the Kingsway Bridge which
will be required for construction of the replacement bridge.
These were listed for sale at $220,000 and the owner has

accepted an ofter of $195,000 for the two subject to approval
Closing date is September Ist, 1983,.
