A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds".

“WHEREAS pursuant to Section 719(7) of the "Municipal, Act, being Chapter 290,
oR.S.B.C., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to. expend a. portion of the. monies set aside in
the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds; _ , ,

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: = _ ae

1. ©The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective
- Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds to be expended for +he’ following purposes

Parkland. Acquisition _- $73,976.98
water. -. Area No. 1 $85,000.00
"2 No. 4 ; $10,000.00

23 »-Should any of the. above amounts. remain’ unexpended after the expenditures hereby —
authorized has been made, any unexpended, balances, shal be returned to the credit
of the specified Reserve Fund.: , -_ , ;

This. bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Development Cost Charge Reserve
Fund: Expenditure Authorization Bylaw, 1984, No. 2020".. my
