The Munieipal Council of The Corporation of the City.of Port Coquitlan,
in ¢ open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
‘1. . The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port. Coquitlam, being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1451" 4
amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-l assigned to:
Lots 1, 2,3, 4, 29, and 30, District Lots 174 & 289, Group One, Pian

2080, New Westminister District; .

and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4: to the said property.

2. / This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By~law, 1980, No. 1776".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day of
Septenber, 1980. ,

Read a second time by. the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day of

Public Hearing held this Twenty-ninth day of September, 1980.

By-law No. 1776: To rezone Lots 1, 2,3, 4, 29, and 30,

District Lots 174 & 289, Group One, Plan 2080, New
Westminister District, from RS-1 to RM-4,

This property is located at 2275 and 2311 Shaughnessy Street
and it is expected that a 36 unit Apartment Project will be
constructed on the Property following completion of the

re-zoning procedures.
