Application to subdivide by strata plan
an existing duplex at 1632-1634 Angelo

Avenue.

Lot 85, District Lot 480, Group 1,
Plan 41566.

The subject duplex is a conforming duplex
and property is already zoned RT-1.

We were advised by the owner that 1632

is presently owner-occupied. As to 1634
Angelo, it is being rented and the tentants
have expressed desire to purchase upon
approval of the strata subdivision.

The Committee recommends that the application
be approved.
