WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section ' $78 of the "Mundedpal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Reese, B.C.L.S. dated 18th of July 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto; : are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Township 40 Road Closure By-law, 1980, No. 1771". FIRST THREE READINGS
