.2. Add a new section 512 as ‘follows:

512 - Where the applicant benefits from a trunk
water, sewage or drainage main installed by the

City or by a previous subdivision, and where the
City has entered into a cost-sharing agreement with

a previous subdivider as provided in section 511,

the applicant shall be required to pay to the City
the amount determined by the approving officer based .
on his pro-rated share of the costs.
