THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF port COQUITLAM sums COUNC A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of MAY. Lafal9?? lanes shown dedicated on Registered Plan 2281, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of roads and lanes lying within Blocks N and 0 of the South-east Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, as shown dedicated on Registered Plan 2281, included within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated October 30th, 1975, a copy of which is attached, are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2.
