A By-law to authorize the Municipal Council to eit into a eertain

Agreement with the District of Coquitlam.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and is in the public interest to enter
into an Agreement with the District of Coquitlam respecting the operation of -
the Justice Building in the form and to the extent expressed in Schedule "A"
to this By-law;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation.of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an Agreement with the
District of Coquitlam in the form and to the extent expressed in Schedule "A"
to this By-law, which said Schedule is hereto annexed and made part of this
By-law and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute the said Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Justice Building

Operating Cost Agreement By~law, 1977, No. 1504".
