It is the intention of Bel-Air Taxi Ltd to apply to the
Public Utilities Commission for an increase in taxi fares as

follows:

from 55¢ for lst 1/5th mile to 85¢ for lst 1/6th mile,
‘from 10¢ for each additional 1/5th mile to

lO¢ for each additional 1/6th mile,
from $6.00 per hour waiting time to 38.00 per hour
Dismissal fee - from 70¢ to $1.00.

We feel that this increase is justified due to alarming
increases in gasoline prices and hither repair costs.

If this increase is granted, it would goa long way
towards alleviating our shortage of competent drivers due to
Low wages a1 long hours of work,
