hours of &:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days - from August 9th to Auguste

20th, 1973.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
