A By-law to amend By-law No. 702 cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Park Reservation By-law, 1962".

WHEREAS By-law No. 702 cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Park

Reservation By-law, 1962" reserved for park purposes those municipally-owned
lands therein described as Block "K" District Lot 289, Sketch 1087;

AND WHEREAS the said description of the lands is no longer completely
accurate according to the records of the New Westminster Land Registry Office;

AND WHEREAS for greater certainty it is desired to correct the legal
“description aforesaid;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open neeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law No. 702 cited as the "City e€ Port Coquitlam
_Park Reservation By-law, 1962" is anended ty striking out the legal description:
"Block ‘K, District Lot 289, Sketch 1087" and inserting the following in its
place:

"Block K, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2060, New Westminster

District."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Park Reservation
By-law, 1962, Amendment By-law, 1972, No. 1144". .
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day of
January, 1972.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day of

January, 1972.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day of

January, 1972. :
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this Twenty-fourth day of

January, 1972.
