THAT third reading of the

"Drainage Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1992, No. 2738"
"Highway Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1992, No. 2739"
"Sewage Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1992, No. 2740"

as given on December 7th, 1992 be rescinded;

THAT the bylaws be amended by replacing the existing Schedule "A" with the amendments as
indicated in the report from the City Engineer dated October 28th, 1993;

AND THAT the bylaws be given third reading as amended.
