From the City Clerk, July 19th, 1989 referring to the proposed issuance of
a Development Variance Permit No. 38/89 for 1279/83/87 Dewar Way.

No one was present to speak to the proposed Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 27th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to approve relaxation of Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 802 RS-2 Small
Lot Residential, Subsection (4) Front Yard Setback, for Lots 33, 34, and 35,
Plan 79396.
