DISCUSSION:

The proposed building generally conforms to zoning regulations and the
design guidelines outlined in the Official Community Plan.

Approval of this Rezoning and Development Permit Application will permit
the construction of 23 aew apartment units within the Downtown Development
Permit Area. It is recommended that this application be approved subject to
the conditions noted above.
