(n) Drive-in establishments, limited to uses permitted in this zone.

(o) Accessory offices to uses permitted in this zone, provided thac
such officea are located in the same building as the principal
use; .

(p) Accessory offstreet parking and accessory loading.

ACCESSORY OFFICES

Accessory office uses permitted by subsection (2)(0) shall not
occupy more than 50% of the groas floor area of a building.

HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS

| The height of any principal building shall not exceed 12 m (39.4

ft.). Accessory buildings shall not exceed 6 n (19.7 ft.) in height.

LOT COVERAGE

All buildings and structures together shall occupy aot more than 50%
of the surface of the Lot.

FRONT YARD

A frout yard of not less than 6 m‘(19.7 ft.) shall be provided,
except where it abuts a provincial highway, the front yard shall be
not less than 9 m (29.5 ft.).
