THAT this application be approved for rezoning from RS~l1 to RT-1 under
Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

1. Satisfaction of the Engineering Department's requirements;

2. Submission of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning; and

3. Registration of a covenant attaching the approved design to the
property.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject property from RS-1 (Large
Lot Residential) to RT~1 (Iwo Family Residential) in order to permit the
construction of a duplex.

Replace 20m Road (5.25m) 1/2 + 1m.

Install 20m rollover curb and gutter and boulevard.

Lane to be upgraded to City standards full length of property.
20m lane - 5.5m asphalt.

Install one ornamental street light.
Install 190m +/- storm complete with service from Wellington.
Replace existing water service with larger service.

Fire Hydrant required.
