Planning and Development Committee September 4, 1991

It is recommended that this application be approved to proceed for rezoning -
from RS-1 to RS-2 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

1) Satisfaction of engineering requirements;

2) Submission of and approval of a Development Variance Permit to relax
the requirement to develop the lane surrounding the property;

The applicant entering into an agreement to provide the existing _

house with driveway access and a parking for two cars in compliance .

4) Satisfaction of the Building Department's concerns.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The applicant is requesting rezoning to permit the creation of a 12 m frontage -
lot of an existing 29.9 m lot. The areas for both resulting lots will exceed
the minimum required by the RS-2 zone. | : oe a
