Center line of Oxford Street between Prairie Avenue and

north property line of Lot 72, Plan 20844 and Lougheed
Highway.

Lougheed Highway.

The boundaries noted above are shown on Map ‘Schedule C' ef the Official
Community Plan as Development Permit Area IV and in the Map ‘Development
Permit Area 1V' which forms part of the Official Community Plan."

The Map of Development Permit Area No. IV following Section 2.4(3)(e) of
Chapter "V DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of Schedule "A" of the “Official
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is deleted and the Map of
Development Permit Area No. IV attached to this Bylaw as Schedule 1 is
inserted in its place.

The area extent of Development Permit Actea No. IV shown on Schedule "C" of
the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended to conform
with the revised area extent of Development Permit Area No. IV enacted by
Sections 1 and 2.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Official Community Plan
Amendment Bylaw No. 24, 1991, No- 2582".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by
the majority of all members of the Council this 8th day of April, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by
the majority of all members of the Council this 8th day of April, 1991.

Determined that the amendment to the plan does not effect the District of
Coquitlam, the Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District this 8th day of April, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 29te day of April, 1991.
