SCHEDULE

B.C.Reg.340/82 is amended as follows:

(a) Section 7.05 is amended by striking out "shall not exceed 5 years” and
substituting "shall not exceed 10 years".

(b) ‘Effective April 1, 1990, section 10.01 is repealed and the following
substituted:

10.01 For sections 22(a), 34(1) and 38 of the Act, a person is exempt
where he imports, keeps in captivity or transports fur-bearing animals
kept under a licence under the Fur Farm Act.

Section 11.01 is amended by striking out "who makes his home in the
Province for one month" and substituting "who makes his permanent
residence in the province and is physically present for 30 consecutive
days in the Province".

Division 17 is amended by adding the following section:

17.04 An Atithorized Agent of the British Columbia Society for the
Prevention. ‘of Cruelty to Animals in the employ of the Victoria or
Vancouver Regional. Branches of the Society is exempt from the
followin ‘provisions of the Wildlife Act and regulations to the extent

that that person is required by the Society to carry out duties;:
