THAT a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft Development
Permit 54/90; and

A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to Sign the Development Permit
subject to:

a4. Completion of Rezoning Application No. 45/90;
b. The applicant considering the comments received fron the R.C.M.P.;

Submission of Landscaping specifications and securities to the
Satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.

Proposed Leasing of Nunicipal Parking for 2275 Elgin Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

THAT the Administration Department negotiate the leasing of up to 12
parking stalls, on a non-exclusive basis, to the operators of a proposed
restaurant to be located at 2275 Elgin Avenue.

Licenced Establishment Approval Procedures.

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

THAT Bylaw No. 2533 (copy attached to Agenda of November 19th, 1990) to
amend the Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243, be approved with
inclusion of the amendments Suggested by the Municipal Solicitor (copy
attached to Agenda of November 19th, 1990).

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution.

THAT Section 22(a) be changed to read "within a distance of 750 meters
from any part of a parcel that is subject to the Liquor Licence Application”.
